DOUBLE ESPRESSO is a cup of dark roast coffee. It is not sweet. It captures the essence of the fine coffee roastery and the cozy vibe when waiting for your favorite cup of joy. 
 
-This perfume was my second gourmand fragrance inspired by Seattle’s coffee culture. “When I had my first coffee as a kid, I wouldn't say I liked it at all. I was wondering who enjoys this type of drink that tastes medicinal, bitter, and sour. After I became older, I started to drink and appreciate the flavor of coffee. I realized that coffee tastes the same, but I changed. I learned life is not just full of sweetness and joy, but bitterness.”

Seattle has always been known as a coffee city and many well-known brands also started here. One of the local independent coffee roasters Kyle, the owner of Kairu Coffee, his coffee quality impressed us. Kairu Coffee and Nose of Gatsby overlap many core values not only as a business itself, both focus on the quality of the products but also pay much attention to the details. At the beginning of the DOUBLE ESPRESSO development, Kyle shared with us his takes on roasting beans and his preferences for a fine coffee. After a few months of working on DOUBLE ESPRESSO, Nose of Gatsby now has our fine cup of coffee.
